1. Acceptance of this Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a binding contract between you and Psicoespacio ("Psicoespacio", "we", "us", or "our") governing your download, installation and use of the Psicoespacio mobile and web application, including any updates, content and related services (collectively, the "Licensed Application"). By downloading, installing or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA and by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download, install or use the Licensed Application.
2. Scope of License
Psicoespacio grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to install and use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, for your personal, non-commercial use. The license does not allow you to use the Licensed Application on any Apple device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not transfer, redistribute or sublicense the Licensed Application and, if you sell your Apple device to a third party, you must remove the Licensed Application from the device before doing so. You may not copy (except as expressly permitted by this license and the Usage Rules), reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, any updates, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent that any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent allowed by the licensing terms governing use of any open-source components included with the Licensed Application).
3. Consent to Use of Data
You agree that Psicoespacio may collect and use technical data and related information — including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals — that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to you (if any) related to the Licensed Application. Psicoespacio may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you. 4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions. Certain features of the Licensed Application require a paid subscription. Available plans, durations and prices are displayed in the app prior to purchase.
- Billing. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
- Manage or cancel. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Psicoespacio.
- Free trials. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Services and Materials; Disclaimers
The Licensed Application provides personal-development content and a community for educational and self-development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, medical or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are in crisis or need professional help, contact a qualified provider or emergency services.
5A. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
The Licensed Application includes user-generated content (posts, comments, profiles, media). You agree not to submit, upload, transmit or share any content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, fraudulent, spammy, or that infringes any third party's rights. You also agree not to engage in abusive behavior toward other users.
Psicoespacio enforces a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive users. Every user can (i) flag objectionable content via the "Report" action available on any post, comment or profile, and (ii) block any user from inside that user's profile; blocking instantly removes the blocked user's content from your feed and prevents further interaction.
We commit to reviewing reports and acting on them within 24 hours. Actions may include removing the offending content and ejecting the offending user from the service. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent termination of the account without refund.

6. Maintenance and Support
Psicoespacio is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application, as specified in this EULA, or as required under applicable law. Psicoespacio and you acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application. 7. Warranty
Psicoespacio is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application (if any) to you; and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of Psicoespacio.
8. Product Claims
Psicoespacio and you acknowledge that Psicoespacio, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of you or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Psicoespacio and you acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of that Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Psicoespacio, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
10. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
11. Developer Name and Contact

12. Third-Party Terms of Agreement
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application (for example, your wireless data service agreement).
13. Third-Party Beneficiary
Psicoespacio and you acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
14. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Psicoespacio. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Licensed Application.
15. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
16. Changes to this EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Licensed Application after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
